The usage fee includes a desk, chair, Wi-Fi, and access to shared spaces. Additional charges may apply for meeting rooms, printers, and delivery services. Please refer to the price list for details.
No cancellation fee will be charged if you provide notice at least three months before the termination date. However, if any damage is found to the facilities, the cost of repairs will be deducted from the security deposit accordingly.
To cancel your contract, please submit a cancellation request at least 3 months in advance.

After cancellation, please vacate the office and return all keys and access cards by the specified date.

The partitioned walls ensure complete privacy from the outside, with a design that fully respects the privacy of our tenants.
Guests may use the shared spaces only when accompanied by the contract holder. Guests are not permitted to enter or use the facility unaccompanied.
Parking and bicycle parking availability vary by location, so
please feel free to contact us.
