How do I apply for a tour?
Is there a minimum contract period?
The minimum contract term is six months. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
What payment methods are available?
(※ Please complete payment by the 25th of each month.)
What costs are involved at the time of contract?
For mid-month start dates: pro-rated fee for the current month + one month's office fee (for the following month) + security deposit (approximately two months' rent)
Is it possible to change offices?
What documents are required at the time of contract?
Corporate Contract:
① Corporate registry certificate
② Corporate seal registration certificate
③ Representative's identification document
Individual Contract:
① Personal identification document
② Seal registration certificate
What is included in the usage fee?
Is early termination of the contract possible? Are there any cancellation fees?
How do I terminate my contract?
(Terms may vary depending on your contract.)
After cancellation, please vacate the office and return all keys and access cards by the specified date.
Can I use the office address for company registration?
